Things you need to know:
Before I went to the Creative Circus I earned my bachelor’s degree in English with a
minor in legal studies. The legal studies partnered with a pursuit to law school, but
I changed my mind at the last minute. The decision shocked some of my family and
friends. It didn’t shock me. I decided to go to The Creative Circus because
newspapers were endangered at the time, and I was promised that advertising let
you break some typical “English Major Rules.” Like ending a sentence with of.

In college I played tennis a little bit. I got hurt and sat out a season and a half.
Then I become a runner. You can catch my running blog in “Social Me” section.
I actually trained for and ran two marathons during ad school. To do that,
I completed a majority of my runs before the sun rose,
and developed a relationship with a local Barista.

- I won a few awards at The Creative Circus for writing and digital campaigns.
- I wear the badge of “snobby beer drinker” proudly. So proudly, it’s in my twitter bio and I decided to make my own beer with a designer at The Circus and do the writing and advertising for it. (Also on my home page.)
- I once went to Paris and got so sick I had to go to the hospital. I was treated by an Irish doctor. He was taller than most Irish people I know. Irish people aren’t always short though. They get a bad reputation with the whole leprechaun thing.
